Clothing manufacturer/designer needed for a prototype clothing piece

Need someone who has experience designing and making clothing for a prototype from my idea to an actual product to send to me. What you need to be considered: +Must be able to make a piece of clothing idea from design to scratch. +Must be able to have a way to illustrate (from model or professional animation etc) to me how the product will look in real life from my idea. +You must be able to sew professionally. +Must have access to wide variety of materials such as linen, cotton, synthetic, etc. +Must be able to and have access to a type of printing to be done on clothing. I am not looking for simple screen printing, but professional printing work (more later) +Must be willing to work with limited budget. Keep in mind at this moment I am looking to only make ONE piece prototype (or more once I'm confident you are the one I'm looking for). I have attached an image of the type of printing I am requiring, take a look at it and use that to help you decide if your up to the job.
