Create an Animated Instructional Video

Hi, I am seeking a suitably qualified illustrator/designer/animator who could assist with the creation of an instructional/education video to support our business. The project requires the illustrator/animator/creator/designer to complete a 5 min video in which the content is presented orally and supported by a hand that draws diagrams/illustrations and pictures to support the spoken information. The video must flow and be quite fast-paced to match the dialogue that is being presented. It must be professional and crisp in its finish and transition between content.
