Creative Product Display Paper Background Graphic Design

My product will be displayed in a clear plastic clamshell package with a cardboard/thick paper insert. The display area is 100mm x 125 mm. The project involves develop a creative and attractive graphic design for the product (to be used on the paper insert). The product itself is ~ 60 mm in diameter and 10 mm high - to be used in golf (training aid to help in putting) My initial idea (open to suggestions) for front side: Show a putting green ; sketch of golfer squatting and scratching head trying to figure out which way the ball will roll after putting. Product Name on top with 2 or 3 lines of text. At bottom 1 line for website & patent. Backside: 3 to 4 lines of text ; diagram/sketch in middle and more text below the sketch. I will provide initial concept (on paper); pictures of product ; some diagrams; most of the text. What you will do: design the putting green with golfer squatting and scratching head ; Minor help with backside (just overall layout/look) - since this side is more instructional I will provide a 15 to 30% bonus for a good design. I am looking for a flat rate bid ; some samples of prior work done/credibility. My timeline to get this whole thing done is 1 week from today. My estimate is that this should not take more than 2 or 3 hours for a skilled person. Thank you
