Adobe - Design a flashcard for a wine company (infogrpahics) - repost

We are wine delivery company that wants to design a flashcard filled with knowledge and information about each wine we ship to the customer. The flashcard will be A6 size and be easy to read the information yet beautiful to look at, and GOOD FOR PRINTING! The design MUST BE given to us in Illustrator or Photoshop format - something we can edit and update. The contents of the flashcards constantly need to be changed so we are looking for an editable layered illustrator/photoshop - and we can easily edit the text. Specifications in word below, please take a look at the file we have attached for a rough idea of what we are trying to create. You DO NOT need to follow the design of attached picture, but we would like to keep colors of grey(HEX#e2e2e2), burgundy(Hex#7b0714) in card theme as that is our corporate color. We are happy to be in close contact (daily!) with rough drafts so it does not waste both your time and ours! SPECIFICATIONS: TOP: - Top left corner: flag of the country the wine is from and underneath somewhere its region - Top right corner: a colored box (red for red wine, yellow for white wine etc) with the name of the grape inside - Top middle: vineyard and vintage (year of the wine) in text BODY (In order from top to bottom): - Nice nose icon for scent with room on the left for us to place some small icons of what they can smell - Followed by a mouth icon for what they can taste, same as nose - Leave a line for user comments beneath nose and mouth - 6 categories: Acidity, Sweetness, Finish, Alcohol, Body, Tannins - each will need a small graphic for rating along the bottom -- the small graphic is a ruler going from 1 to 5, and then we can have a place around it to write the score we would like to give -- Next to each place where we write our writing, a space for the customer to write his own rating BOTTOM: - Comments box: a place where we can write some overall comments and what it pairs well with - once again, a place for customer to write its own final comments - logo and website REVERSE SIDE: - Not much design is needed here - we just need a place to put a bottle of wine image
