Clasified page re-design

I would like to get the website [[login to view URL]][1] ? re-designed and of course the name change (Logo), to make it easy, in a familiar look, where everybody is comfortable right away, like GOOGLE. The color scheme, letter type and so on. The whole site has to be done, not just the front page. The page is hosted with [[login to view URL]][2] on their ftp server where I have full access. Access would be granted to the designer in full to the ftp and the admin page. I would like to have at least 12 featured items ( pictures of cars or vehicles )rotating on the home page. The rotation is already installed. I also need some space for banners throughout the entire webpage, all size and shapes, sample banners placed and managed through the installed banner manager. Some small text has to be inserted to explain already existing functions in several locations also 3 new pages have to be created and placed on the ftp server for customers after payment is complete, denied or pending. 1.? ? ? ? ? ? Sorry, your credit card was declined, please log back into your account and retry with another card ………link to login This is all I can think of right now, but be prepare for smaller changes to come, this is a brand new project and it is very hard to see everything through at this point. Advertising banners are very important since this will be a source of income for me ! This needs to get done quick from a creative self motivated person or group !
