Corporate logo - basic minimal graphics

Hi, I am looking for a logo design for my corporation. It will be very basic (basically a letter in a frame) but I will need various color and background options completed for the logo. I have attachments that will visually guide the designer. I will also need the files sent to me in various formats for future marketing. This project will likely lead to other marketing material in the future as well! :) I will need this completed as soon as possible though. I will be available for guidance through email for the next few days to ensure the project is as easy and fast as possible :) Thank you!
