Design a Logo

I have begun an online store, and purchased a template which I am very happy with. There are a few additions/alterations I would like: The first, a popup to capture email addresses which can be closed with an X, and blocks out background in modal. I have already got mailchimp email software, and would like the email addresses to be sent to my mailchimp lists. The second is an instagram hashtag feed on the index page of my website. I would like both of these additions to suit the layout/style of the website.
