Design crest for soccer (football) club

I need someone to design a crest for our soccer (football) club. We have a black & white sketch of what it needs to resemble. This crest will be put on our shirts and print materials, so we need to work with 3-4 colours only: Black, blue, orange and potentially red. I will send the specific tones of the colours to the successful bidder. My preference is to select someone whom has not sent me a robotic bid 0.5 seconds after this job has posted. Honestly, how would you have really taken time to understand your client's needs? I find that all very offensive so your bid will be deleted if it comes in too fast or is simply a copy and paste job. I will also delete those that send me a message to my personal inbox. I haven't invited you to do that so stick to the standard bidding process please. I want a real person on the other end here. Someone who will take time to make this sketch look great and who doesn't mind doing a couple of versions so we can pick the one we like best.
