Android App UI / UX Designer - User Interface Designer Needed

We are looking for a talented, experienced and creative UX/UI Designer who will be responsible for DESIGNING an Android app and define its "User Experience". We have a developer who will be working with the code. We need a designer that can add their input to brand the app. We have mockups of the flow defining what the user will go through in each stage of the app. We are looking for a UI designer that can define the navigation of this app. The navigation is the most important as it is a list based app that has to be intuitive and conform to the Android Design guidelines. The designer has to understand the full flow and think like a user to provide the best user experience. The screens have to be rich and executive. We will need screens that are ready to be handed to our developer that meet a variety of resolutions needed for mobile and tablet. We need a designer that has experience designing a UI for Android apps, and has extensive knowledge of the Android OS. The designer must be able to start working immediately, has the ability to communicate in English and has a compelling portfolio that demonstrates polished design skills.
