Amendments to Dynamic PDF Form

I have a dynamic pdf document (attached) for which I need some minor editing done. None of the jobs should take long if you know what you're doing! The amendments are as follows: - There is a typo in the Note to Articles of Association - It should read 'Elemental CoSec' not 'Elements CoSec' - By selecting the box to use the registered office address: our address should automatically be filled in the form - An extra option should be added for using a full mailing address service - An extra 'shareholder' option should be added for using a nominee shareholder service (which will be an extra check box, and a new page to fill in the details) - On the director pages, an extra check box needs adding for use of a service address - On the dynamic extra pages there should be an option for deleting the page - The first page design needs tweaking to make it less Orange and more professional - The drop down options for the Articles of Association need amending Then finally, the dynamic extra pages should be saved as individual new documents. Thanks
