Add icons to my menu bar

I would just like someone to add icons to the header menu bar in my website (Joomla) and make a couple changes to the menu style. I will select and upload the icons so you just need to put them in. I want them in a specific position above the text so you will need to use CSS to insert them in exactly the right position and get them the right size. I also want the menu spaced out more along the top of the page and the font will probably need to be increased slightly. We might need to play around a bit with the font style once the images are in so everything matches and looks nice.
