Build a Coming Soon Website

I need someone to build a coming soon website for my business. My business is called “Honey Giraffette”, it is going to be an online retail clothing store that will feature clothing designers from Africa that specialize in contempory modern women’s wear. As my target customers are in the 20-30 age range I want to see bold and fresh colour’s (ie fresh yellows or oranges etc or other colours used appropiately) used in funky modern edged fashionable way. I would like to see a space where customers can sign up to keep up-to date on the news of when we are ready to launch (ie a spot where they can put in their email address). I would like my business name to be displayed in prominent (Artistic)way and a small blurb about the fact that it is online retail women’s clothing store with designers from Africa with some kind cool visual picture. It needs to be a wordpress site with a content management system so I can go back and edit it if I need to.
