Build a Website higly customizable, with user registry, login and intereaction with a events section

Before you offer a bid please keep in mind we need highly response support, and quick solutions, before, during, and after the project. We need a corporate web site with news section and events section notifying people who need a profile in the page, register and login. It must be so manageable, in menu items and sections, we need news with tags system, the event section, 2 types of sections for every regular content for services and products and about section, and a contact section with google maps. Also we need to embed codes from our providers in some places, also the section who has the same title are repeated, duplicated in multiple sections. The web page must be in Spanish and we should customize much as possible from an admin panel where we enter also news and events with Participants assistance, from people (clients) registered to our page, and updates from those events, people must receive any update from the events, remembering them which, when and where is the event, and alerts for those events if we make any change for those events.
