Build a Website with Login System & VPS/Dedi Integration w/ PHP

A connection between php and a vps/dedicated server so data can be sent to and from More details: I already have a Themeforest Admin Panel template with a front end, so no need to take the time to do a private theme for me. Right now the theme of the admin template is in its default state, but my friend and I can modify it, so do not worry about the HTML code. What is most important is what is on the back-end. What I want my site to have is a login system where users can register and create an account. Once they create an account, they will have access to their admin panel. That admin panel will be empty until they purchase a plan with us. Once they do, they will have access to certain features. Certain plans link to certain features. After making that, we will also need the php to interact with a VPS/dedicated server so that the user can "upload" files, and then those files will be sent to the VPS/dedicated server, modified, then sent back to the php where it will create a temporary download link for the user to download. My partner and I will want to expand this site for multiple products, so making it robust is making is better. Security is always an issue, so please use PDO and other php protections to protect against SQL Injections and any other attacks. NOT NEEDED BUT OPTIONAL: This part is not needed, but if you are good with setting up an autobuy system/e-commerce system with paypal and bitcoin, that would be great.
