I'm looking for a simple website to be designed. The site is [login to view URL] This site is for IT Consultancy offering a number of services including Data Integration, Data Migration and Talend Consultancy; but may offer services in many areas of IT. I'm really looking for someone to put together the overall look and feel. The logo currently on the site may be helpful. Only the image. The text will be changing. The site should have the usual features and menus that you'd expect. I do NOT want this to use a CMS or a database in any way. I would like it to use static HTML that I can easily update myself. I'm not asking for any content and I'm not bothered what menu items are created provided that it is clear how I can maintain these myself just using a text editor. I'm happy that the site may use libraries/languages including Bootstrap and JQuery, Javascript and even PHP. I would like to know what libraries will be used first. These are my preferred libraries if they are required. I want a fresh modern looking site. I would like it to look more west-coast California / Web 2.0 than a very corporate site. In the future, I may want to incorporate more dynamic features such as social media; but that it not required now. Any questions, please ask. Please show in your response that you understand the general look and feel that I'm after.
