I'm looking for a freelancer to build me a website. Please note that I need either a version I can work with in MS FrontPage or a website with a control panel that I can use to update the site the way I need in the future. I'll assign this to a vendor who can provide samples for me to check, who speaks English or Arabic so we can easily communicate, and who is easily reachable. I also need the designer to be able to take care of Logo design and SEO, or to have a partner who can. The site needs to be easily found in search results, and to be user friendly and views correctly on as many types of devices (smartphones, ipad, Windows, MAC, etc.). The site will be for introducing a language service provider: Further details will be discussed with the selected bidder later. Please note that I will pay for this either via PayPal or wire transfers to banks. Thank you!

Dear Sir, As per your requirement I am ready to work with out, but before going thru i want to clear some with you, You mention that your website must be editable in frontpage or need some kind of admin panel. so to make editable in front page it is not good idea beside that I will create your website in wordpress so you can have a world class admin panel through opensource.
