Build a ask toolbar like thing

Hi, I am looking for a Toolbar similar to ask (and many others) with the following features: - CMS for changing the toolbar content (text + pics, incl. Links) - automatic install routine of the toolbar if the user visits our site and accepts - automatic startup reinstall if user deinstalled the toolbar (clean reinstall only possible with a "tool", our costumer supports sends the costumer, you need to writhe that "tool" (deinstall routine)) - usable for all mainstream browsers -time schedule features also. Language: free but code most be delivered in clear (not encoded). Bug handling and repairing for six months for major issues is obligatory and can not be subject of extra charge. The main thing is going to be the reinstall routine - we don't want the normal user to be able, to remove the toolbar by himself (the experienced will allways be able to, we are aware of that). Only show me similar work done in your proposal else you will get rejected. Note payment would be created and release when work done and tested and if you do not agree do not bid on this my terms are final and i will not modify in any conditions. Thanks
