Change Text in Header Banner

I have a website header banner that I would like the text - the name of the web site and the tag - changed. I would like to keep the font and the style exactly the same, just change the text from "Flowering Soul Today" to "The Flowering Soul". And change, "Open Your Heart and Let Your Spirit Free" to "Be Yourself, Be Free". I would also like the same text and font "The Flowering Soul" but in plain black, added to the bottom of the butterfly image that I will provide separately. I would like this to appear clean and clear, not too large. I have another image (logo) of a woman that I would like cropped so there is no excessive background. I would like the background to be white while maintaining the glow around the image if this is possible. (This is the same image as in the header banner). Summary - 1. Change the text only on the banner to - "The Flowering Soul" and "Be Yourself, Be Free". 2. Text added to bottom of butterfly image - "The Flowering Soul" 3. Crop excessive background of woman image. Change background colour to white while maintaining glow if possible. Thank you.
