CD Cover designed in MS Publisher, needs to be done in Photoshop

I've completed a design in MS Publisher, but have been told it needs to be in either: Adobe formats; Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop or PDF. So it'd be basically copying my design into the required specifications below. It is for the back, front and inside of a CD case, as well as the design for the CD itself. Here are the requirements it has to conform to: DISC FACE: 300dpi CMYK Fonts converted to curves if supplying PDF / EPS No smaller fonts than 8 points Square 130mm x 130mm NOT CIRCULAR - NO CENTRE CUTOUT All important elements within 110mm outer diameter and outside of centre diameter 30mm 2 or 4 PANEL INLAY: 300dpi CMYK Fonts converted to curves if supplying PDF / EPS No smaller fonts than 8 points Rectangle 260mm x 130mm Right half is front, left becomes inside (or back in PVC sleeve) All important elements within 20mm outer edge REAR INSERT 300dpi CMYK Fonts converted to curves if supplying PDF / EPS No smaller fonts than 8 points (actual) size: Height 11.8cm Width 15cm Spines 7mm 5mm bleed all round for cutting, we provide actual size above so it is easy to align spine text correctly. So there isn't actually really any designing that needs to be done, more just copying what I've got over to the right program and exporting it to the above specifications. ATTACHED FILES (MS Publisher 2010): - album 2 panel insert - album rear insert - CD print design Please note, for the front cover, I used MS Word to remove the white background of the photo, but I think I lost quality in doing so. So I've attached that photo in case you need to remove the background again. Hope that all makes sense, and is an easy job, I'm not sure how hard or easy it really is!
