Design a T-Shirt

South Lyndale Liquors, located at 5300 Lyndale Ave South., is excited to announce its first T-shirt design contest. The purpose of the contest is to design an artistic limited edition t-shirt that captures the spirits of South Lyndale Liquors. There is an attachment with design assets that accompanies the contest rules. The contest is open to anyone over the age of 21. Designs may be submitted through October 14, 2014 at midnight. Judging of the T-shirt designs will take place over the coming week, and the winner will be announced on October 31, 2014 CONTEST GUIDELINES •The theme of the design is open to your artistic interpretation; however the design must include: 1) A version of the South Lyndale Liquors logo; see attached design assets. The logo may be manipulated so long as the typography retains a similar look. 2) Preferably our store mascot, Oakley the Saint Bernard, with a bourbon barrel see attached image. We encourage artists to do an original illustration of the dog. •A T-shirt in both men’s and women’s cuts will be sold in the store, so your design should be one that appeals to SLL clientele. •Designs may include line art and text but no photographs. •The design is for the front of the shirt and may encompass an area up to 10” x 10”. •Design must be limited to no more than 3 colors •The design must be your own original, unpublished work and must not include any third-party logos or copyrighted material. By entering the competition, you agree that your submission is your own work THE FINE PRINT •All entries must include a signed artist agreement to be considered. All entrants must also be over the age of 21. •By submitting your design, you grant permission for your design to be used by South Lyndale Liquors including, but not limited to, the South Lyndale’s website and future marketing materials. •South Lyndale Liquors reserves the right to make final decision.
