Design a branded Twitter background image

Using photography I have in hand for a client, you will design a single image to be used as a Twitter background. The image will create a great "sidebar" of information for the client that will display to the left of the twitter feed on a monitor of 1280×1024 and upwards. I have a very good instruction page on how to create the image-- I just don't own Photoshop, nor am I a graphic designer. I will provide a couple of concepts that fit well with the client's present branding direction. I'm hoping to find someone to work with on multiple projects who can put their artistic "touch" on branding and design ideas that are already generally developed. In other words, this isn't a place to express yourself creatively or try to impress. I'm looking for someone who can do work efficiently when given good direction and resources... and someone with enough creativity and artistic sense to make something that "pops" nicely.
