Creating 3D views from Alt / New situation buiding and Showroom

We're looking for a proffesional designer, who knows his job. We like to have our builing from the outside complete in 3d, als with a small part off the area. Also we like to have the same views in the style we have planned. The same for the inside. Also we like to have 3-d views from the showroom complete with sanitary ware, walls, lights, presentation wall, tables and chairs, ect. ect. We can provide a lot off inventor files from this parts off the showroom, but the designer need to be creative. We like to have it in Inventor files! We like to have daily contact by msn or email, so we can controle the progress. Some deatails you can only see on pictures.
