Build an Online Store

We are looking to completely revamp an existing website into a professional e-commerce platform. What do we need done? We are looking to create a system that links the PlayStation Store to our website. This means that all the products that are listed on the PlayStation Store will need to be available on our website. But it doesn't end there, we also need all the products that are listed on the PlayStation Store in the future to automatically be listed on our site without any manual work being needed. Link to PSN Store provided below: [login to view URL] We will want designated pages on the website to show the following lists; Top Sellers (Weekly, Monthly and Yearly), Latest Releases, Most Reduced, PSN Plus Free Games and PSN Plus Discounts. This information can all be found on the PlayStation Store and needs to be coded in. Furthermore want to develop a Loyalty Points System where buyers receive Loyalty Points in comparison to how much money they spend on the site. They can then use these points to receive certain amount off their next order. Product Page: The listing of the product will include; a thumbnail/ image of the product, a title, (in-game) screenshots of the product, video trailer of the product, a price, some text explaining what the product is about and which console (platform) the product is available on (PS3,PS4 or PSP). All this will be copied directly from the PlayStation Store. Furthermore we will want Critic Scores and User Scores of the product from websites such as GameSpot, IGN, MetaCritic to be automatically detected through the name of the product and shown on the product page. We will also want manual editing to be available for thumbnail/ image, title, screenshot, price, text and platform of the product, in case we need to add in anything or correct a mistake. We also need to credit PSN Store for all the content that we use from there at the bottom of the page. Our website will offer an Affiliate System that will allow affiliates to be paid by advertising our website for us. They will be paid commission based on percentage of sale. We want this commission rate to be shown on each product page to show potential affiliate how much they can be making per sale they give us. For example if we make the commission rate 10% and sell a product for 50GBP we will want a message to be displayed on the site saying that something along the lines of "Earn 5GBP per sale with our affiliate system". Homepage: The homepage will need to be changed depending on the IP of the customer. If the customers IP address is from English then the website should be displayed in English and with GBP as the currency. Any other countries will be displayed as default using English and GBP. We will need a customizable background, customizable product/ news slots, log in / sign-up, currency converter, language selector, customizable slideshow (that can display both images and video) and a customizable product list (see screenshot for a more detailed overview). It will also need to feature social media links including, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram. We also would like to feature the following on the homepage, Affiliate Sign-Up, Loyalty Points Scheme, PSN Store Best Sellers (Daily, Weekly and Yearly) and Latest Releases. Additionally we would like to add a news feed along the top of the homepage that can be edited manually to inform customers about our products, offers, discounts etc.
