Hi Sidscribe, My name is George and I am member of a team of professional UX designers and usability consultants. We are extremely interested in working on your SAAS suite. What we offer? Two members of the UX team will perform expert review and the findings will be documented along with our recommendations, and will be sent to you. The analysis will be performed for desktop/laptop pc and touch screen devices. Real users can also be considered but the cost will be higher (£30 for each user - we recommend 3-5 users for a usability evaluation). Going a bit deeper in what we offer, we will document: 1) the detailed strengths of the suite, including the aspects and features that participants like and that work well. This ensures that you know what is already working well and gives you a solid platform upon which to build; 2) A prioritised list of the “top ten” highest severity issues and quick-win recommendations to fix them; 3) A full list of all issues identified in the review and/or testing sessions. Each issue will be given a severity rating. For each issue, we will also provide detailed insight and at least one practical recommended solution – usually we provide a “quick-win” solution that can be implemented with minimal effort and, where appropriate, a longer-term solution that may require some development. Hi, I am a professional SQA Engineer with professional experience in HCI (Human-Computer Interaction) with focus on usability. I have worked with various web application products and have good understanding on user-centered design concepts and approaches I have worked on similar project here in Freelancer. I help an existing job portal in Asian improved user experience and improved the design. I specifically gave recommendations on designs not actually designing them. Yes, I can review and give recommendations but not limited to these areas: -Interaction patterns -Messaging -Information Architecture changes -Overall user experience -User centred design I am very interested to work on this project so I wantes to know the milestones or the final delivery of output. I am currently working (and will complete it in 5 days) on a usability test plan of a web application and so if this is not very urgent and you will be choosing bidder 4 days from now, please consider me but if you wanted this to start immediately, I cannot commit.
