Design a Website Mockup for an Internet TV Site

I am trying to setup a VoD site that would offer Video How To in different categories that i would refer to as channels. A lot of the channels would offer free content as well as premium content that would require either either a Membership Package, Pay Per View or Access Credits to access. As i grow i would add live streaming of events allowing people to login to stream their events live.
