Design a Wordpress Mockup

We require a designer who is very skilled at making web-banners, headers, web images and templates etc for html websites and wordpress pages. Lots of examples of past work to show would be a great advantage. The initial task would be to design a few elements for a new wordpress page. After this there are some banners we need designing too. Next tasks would be on an "as and when basis" Payment is always prompt at the agreed rate and you would always be given some idea of what we require and/or some examples. An appropriate hourly rate would be between $5.00 - $8.00 No agencies please. This would suit a reliable and multi-talented designer from the Philippines or India who can type good english. We have been in business for 17 years and staff and outsourcers tend to stay with us for the long term, because we know what we want, are friendly and vary fair.
