client literature design changes - repost

We have some client literature which comes from an existing business and needs tweaking for our own business ie changes of titles and addresses and alterations to the copy as will be indicated plus insert new photos. There are initially to do a 1 x A4 double sided client information sheet , 1 trifold A4 client brochure double sided and a 10cm x 21 cm post card type "invitation" . These items should be completed in a professional format that can be sent directly to a printer ie Vistaprint and are capable of being altered in future by ourselves with program such as Serif Page Plus, and also a pdf/docx format that will be e-mailable
