convert an exsisting wordpress site, to a new wordpress template - open to bidding

Hi, I'm a startup business based in the UK, I'm about to launch my web site but feel there's something missing!! I feel it hasn't got that X factor. I'm a Classic Car Broker, selling $1m + classic cars to very wealthy clients. I'm happy with the content but not sure about the design aspect! How we work is that once a month I send our database of clients an invitation to our virtual showroom which has up to 8 cars, all of which are very rare & expensive! from their email they are given a password which once they hit our home page which shows all our cars, if they want more details they enter their password which gives them full access to all our inventory. Anyone else landing on our home page will be able to see our cars & be able to access all other pages on our site, but wont have the password unless they become a member.
