Design some Icons

Hi, I need some few icons for a clinic software. Today I have a dashboard with some icons that where downloaded from the web, and they are no following a common style. I have already change the look and feel of the software and now I do not have a dashboard anymore. Now I have a lateral menu, for wich I need the new icons. I'm attaching some prints screen to show the icons of the old version (some of the ones I need to replace) and another print screen showing the style of the new menu (where the new icons will be located). So the new icons must have dimension of 35 px x 35 px, and the color must be black (take the reference of the lateral menu I'm attanching). I'm also attaching one of the new type of icons such in case it can be useful. Notice that the new images must be PNG and with transparent background. So, resuming my explanation above I need 5 icons (only the icons no the literals). I will reference each image in the old dashboard (just to give the idea of the original icon) numbering from left to right and from top down. I have no restrictions for the icon itselft, the only one is that it should be self-explanatory. Doctors: is picture number 9 on the old dashboard (line 2, column 2) Medical records: is picture number 1 Pacients: is picture number 4 Reports: is picture number 5 Places: is picture number 2
