Add background (stretch) to existing site

For an existing website (see attached) you need to make a CSS file (and if necessary JS file) which I can upload so a stretched background is shown just like attached. - The image cannot be cut on half - If possible I would like the effect of the wrapper_bg to be on top of the image. I don't have a source and can't give you FTP access so you need to download the source yourself and I only want to receive the changed CSS / JS :) Happy coding :)
