Hello, the existing website is: [login to view URL] The page you will add is "Team". (currently it is a blank page with filler word). What you will add is a background picture. On this background picture you will add elements. Here is the challenge the elements really are part of the whole picture so they have to be positioned exactly and in specific size. As this page is responsive you need to figure out some coding to check screen size and dynamically adjust size of elements. When someone hovers over the elements they should do a Y-rotation like a flip card. Also at the same time a text should appear from the bottom moving up. PSD is available. All layers are there. Website is coded with Bootstrap and Angular JS You need your code to fit into the structure. Site is using Anguluar UI Router and all subpages are seperate files in template folder. !!!IMPORTANT: start your application with "hair style" so I know you understand the requirements.

hair style I can do that work easily, its not a big task, any experienced angular programmer can do this. But I also have something else to say. I dont think your website is responsive. You should have consulted someone experienced. If you want to make your website responsive and also do the task mentioned, open up a chat. I will give you a better proposal with competitive rate.
