Build a Email Website

Have a server account with hosting, CPanel account access with Softaculous open G/L applications included and would like to develope an email service with solid spam protection integrated (GMail type). Also, maintenance responsiblities from time to time for the email services' needs including the ability to service the server's hosting and cpanel accounts. Website design for new accounts a plus. More details to be disclosed later. Budget is negotiable.
