The Product is Debris Bags. The Service is pickup Service. These are the two types of transaction that would take place in your website. For purchasing customers will right away purchase the Bags making payment using their Credit Cards. When customer will request for a pick-up service they will have to fill-up a form. The pickup orders will be available to the admin. We have some query regarding both the Product and the Service. Will there be different categories of Bags? Will a Bag have different variant e.g. different Sizes/Colours ? Will there be different prices for the Bags ? How you will determine the cost of the ‘pick-up service’ of a bag? Will that be a fixed cost or the cost will depends on Bag Sizes / Models, Distance need to cover by the Pick-up Van etc ? Each user who either make a purchase or buy a pick-up service will become the user of the website. They will get the required login credentials using which they can check their transaction. We will provide an easy backend to administer the sale on the website. When a user make a service request do we need to email the requirement to any designated person to deliver the service ?
