Build a Website

This will be an education project for me. 1) Using php, SQLite, html, css - create a small website to do the following: a) Login - If never login - must register - username, password, full name (3) fields not counting userID or howerver you set the SQLite database (user table). b) After login - user will see his name as being logged (and) c) Then user(s) will be allowed to enter quick notes. (They only see their own) - Admins can see everything. d) Fields: noteID, timestamp, (these fields must be automatically filled in). e) Other fields: The user can type in the Subject: (example) - comments for today! f) The text field - where he can type his notes. g) He can add, save - cancel and return to a screen where he will see all his private notes (if he has any) or a listing of them up to 20 per page. h) Good Notes: All code must be noted by the (Coder) on what the code is doing. I) PHP code (MUST USE) the PDO_SQL method when using SQLite j) Allow for searching messages. That's the project. A quick notes website for me to study and learn from.
