Build a Website Similar to Fiverr

I am working on an e-commerce website that will handle transactions between its users. I need a website similar to that of Fiverr.com. I am NOT asking for an exact replica, but I want the site to have similar features. I am still in the beginning stages and just need prototype work, so the site does not have to be as complex or big as fiverr, but will need the following: 1. Needs to have potential for expansion. 2. The user will need to be able to sign up, login, post buyer request, and have those request responded to by relevant sellers. 3. All users need to be able to post pictures and videos of work they have done in the past. 4. There needs to be a "Reviews" section on their personal profile. People that have done previous work with them should be the ONLY people allowed to make a review on their page. 5. There needs to be a messaging system where users can interact before handling transactions between each other. 6. There needs to be a virtual currency for the site (like bitcoin or Fiverr bucks) that users can deposit or withdraw before and after [login to view URL] currency withdrawals must be approved prior to completion.
