Build a Website to list voice over artists

Dear Client, I have gone through with the document Site Spec 01.pdf. I have understood that this site is basically allow audio producers to have the voice of the artist which one is compatible to their requirements. Audio producers can find out the voice without even they don’t even need to login, anonymous access for anyone of the voice producers . For the artist there will be their own profile to upload their voice and they can manage their profile like create, edit delete they can upload their MP3 reals . There will be those artist who do not have any agencies promoting them or advertising them already. All these are for the phase one . I have queries regarding this : How we will get to know that the artist is individual they do not have any agency/company promoting them ? Please get back to me for more discussion regarding this . First of all, I can code anything that you can think of, I only need your imagination. I will create an attractive and interactive website for voice over artist to register on platform and manage their profile by uploading sample mp3s for audio producers to listen, audio producers will not need to signup they will easily search from database and look at all artist profile to hire someone, it will be fully mobile responsive as well. I will code an admin panel also where you will have all information of artists registered on the website and their details and options to take action. We will then expand it to phase 2 when you will be ready for agencies to manage multiple artists profiles and then phase 3. We will code the structure accordingly to easily add new features on every update. And I am expert in the backend with having a good sense of front end designs.
