Build a Website to sell domains and websites

I want to design a website to sell domain names and websites as an auction site. Must have: -The same functionality features as [login to view URL] - Original design (not ebay or flippa clones) - All auction site features (reserve price, buy it now, like ebay and flippa) - Powerful search engine (like godaddy auctions) - Ability to accept paypal payments and others - Ability to have premium paid listings promotion on the homepage, on top of listings, in bold, etc - Ability to users exchange messages between each other - Ability to listings accept offers after ending unsold by their watchers - Ability to watch listings and count watchers - Multi lingual interface - Ability to send mass emails to registered users - Ability to sort each listing by domain extensions - Bidding at last hour increase one our more the bidding system to prevent fraud - Ability to accept all domain extensions as listings - Post new listing with same requirements as in [login to view URL] In general I want a site with the same features as [login to view URL] but with a different design completely original, no clone, The search must be with parameteres of Godaddy auctions advanced search. e
