I am wanting an affiliate website built based on this design [login to view URL] (homepage 2) - i do not own the template. A forum is also required. The website needs to be a CMS so i can add content as needed. The user must register to use the website with name, email, phone number and an email must be sent to verify the email - so all of this needs to be built into the price including a database for the registered users. Also, when users register, it must allow them to comment on the forum posts. Must be SEO optimised and compatible with all browsers. Milestone payments are subject to delivery of stages.

If you are going with theme then you can pre-select WordPress as your CMS, and do not worry about browser compitablities as it is already done for you, I can help out with user lock and forum, let me know what you think
