Build a professional social network

We are a start-up company with a great project. We are in the process of hiring two experienced developers who will be in charge of front and back end. Our project is to build a professional social network. The functions and features are already designed in our business plan. We need two developers to do it from scratch and build our social network. We can do contract based, also would like to offer long-term (full-time) opportunities if developer did a good job and added value to the team. We prefer someone who can contribute more than 30 hours/week to make this happen as soon as possible. Due to the distinctive market and strategies we are targeting, the project is expected to be extremely profitable in the future. Thus, we will have more opportunities in the near future to work with you. Also, we will give you details of the business plan when on face-to-face interview. (We are not inventing anything tech challenging, but because our design and target market is special we need to protect the information at this stage) We are located in NYC and NJ area.
