As an expert in pre-press preparation, I can make your book template. However, your project description is not really clear as to what output you require. You have asked for CS3 -- the current version is CS5 -- is this really the case? CS3 is limited as to what you can do with your book template. I would like to help you convert your MSPublisher to InDesign, as I have created many book templates to a customer's specification, and to my own design as well. If you want me to work on the project, I will produce a CS5 file which you will be able to flow your text into to complete the book.(or future books).
