Hello sounds like a great job and something I would definitely like to add to my portfolio. There are numerous ways to do this project and anyway you would want to I can handle. It also depends on what hosting provider your going to use. If you want to continue using go daddy for hosting but switch to wordpress that would be the easiest way. But if you wanted to switch hosts we would put your new site on a temporary domain and then switch them once where done. I have access to numerous premium themes and plugins and would have no problem letting you see what your site would look like on them once where done. I also have the full Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and that could help us with anythings we would need transferred once we start.
