Design work e-brochure PDF

I am looking for a fairly established designer / company and being able to provide me with a draft of the work should be no problem for this level. Many thanks ********************************* Please see the attached Design Brief. In the attached files you will find some of our existing publications such as a brochure and price list, brand identity, logo and the fonts. You will also see the file "DESIGN BRIEF (Features e-brochure).pdf" which, based on the other documents I'd like you to create something similar in look and feel. I am looking for a designer to take on all future design work for this brand. My requirements are: 1) Being able to produce designs in line with the existing publications 2) Be able to speak online through IM / Skype for a daily update 3) Be consistent and reliable with time estimates. Basically, I am looking for one designer / company that can manage this brand and any future design work we have for it. I am happy to escrow an amount that could essentially be a design retainer over a few months. What I really need is someone who can do the design work, but understands the importance of communication and deadlines. Ideally I would like you to reply with a draft version of the stylised Design Brief. I am not interested in going through endless portfolios and examples of your other work as I just want you to work with this brand.
