Display more columns in customer order email/account/admin

Open cart based website is been built, extension is been bought to calculated discount at each product/category, currently all discount price & total price are appearing in the front end while placing order by customer but they are not appearing in the order email goes to customer & order history and customer account. So few columns to be added to the email, customer account & admin site of order in order to display these discount related details plus delivery date & time. In summary, looking for programmer who can get these additional columns/fields display in email copy of order, order history in customer account & admin side.
