Setup and manage google apps email accounts for my clients

I need someone to open google apps email accounts with 5 inboxes in each domain, for my clients. I will give you the name for the admin + 5 employees. You must set up the inboxes and registered for a business account for each domain. You must use your own credit card to registered for the service. The charges from Google will be $5/user ($30 per month) and I will pay you every month in advance (so you don't need to worry about the charges.) You will be paid $40 per month by me. Google will charge you $30, so you get $10 per month extra ** without doing any work** , just for being the admin of my accounts. For other tasks like add/remove users and general admin work like suspending and suspending users, if and when it is needed, I will pay $20 per hour of work. In your bid please confirm that you know how to set up google apps email accounts and that you can use your own (personal or company) credit card to pay for the accounts.
