convert illustrator to web application

I have a website designed in illustrator, i have logins using social media like facebook that populate profiles, people that have to upload video in their profiles and drag and drop images. I need the main site with login setup and the ability for some clients to upload video to the site and drag and drop image to set order of those video. This is a bigger project later on, but we need the core site coded and sign up working.
