A 120 square grid inside a 30'' Diameter Circle

I will need a template 30 inches in diameter of a square grid composed of 120 total 2 1/16th inch squares. The Red dotted squares should be a maroon or dark red and the black dotted squares a dark wooden brown. All space outside of the dotted squares should be solid black with the outward facing word "EVREN" in capital letters on the bottom and top of the circle within the solid black sections in white font. The grid will also have two horizontal and two vertical lines dividing it into quadrants as indicated by the blue lines in the attached image. These four dividing lines will just be wider black lines than the rest of the grid.
