I'm looking to get a Windows Code Prompt box designed for a website. In this prompt box, a website visitor should be able to enter words into a blank field in order to access the next page. I'm looking to have this prompt box to have a vintage windows design feel. Below i've attached a picture of an example. The Prompt Box should read "Code" and have a blank field right next to it.
