Build an Online Store

I need a website designed Scope of works: • Computer hardware & software website • Website must have modern, sleek design – Pagayo theme looked nice • Product pages must have dynamic buttons that link to a product video for the product being viewed • Product pages must have dynamic buttons or tabs that link to a product manual for the product being viewed • When viewing a list of products, I want the customer to be able to hover over the product to bring up a pop up of the product short description • Website back end is magento so need to be able to update all fields on the website through magento. • Main home page must have category list on the left of the page and must display category list on every page viewed • After customer purchases a product, the website must save the product "manual" links for the products they ordered so they can always login in and refer to them at a later stage. Only require one block for banner on home page and the featured products under that and then new products under featured products.
