I'd rather use this to explain myself, and if I am the most suitable to you based on what you want. The type of information I am asking should not warrant, or interfere with NDA, therefore I am not signing it just yet. To provide geo-location based on an input file that doesn't include latitude and longitude, you would need your own personal satellite & API or use a provided API such as Google or Bing Maps (I am fluent in both). If you are already aware of this (which I'm sure you are), my only question to you is the following: What language is it that reads the CSV file and then what kind of file is it to generate? or what kind of language is it to pass the information onto? (ex. If you wanted to read with php and append into .xml which is displayed simultaneously through javascript) I am very flexible and can help you in any case, but knowing the answer ensures I know what I'm getting in to, and that you get exactly what you want.
