android phone gateway

I need to have a python script (running on a raspberry pi) do the following: A) When key A is pressed: Tell android phone, on the same network, to make an outgoing call. AND B) When key B is pressed: Tell Android phone, on the same network, to send text message. AND C) When key C is pressed: Send Pushover notification I know that there is software out there like android SMS gateway with html api, etc. I'm looking for solutions that work. They do not have to be original. If software exists on google app store that does all of the above, then I would like the contractor to point me to it and walk me through how best to use it.
